What you’ll learn...


PRE-TOUR | Prep & Prime


Rehearsal weeks put stress on the body before the tour even starts: long studio sessions, travel planning, packing, and preparing for weeks of performances ahead. Without the right fuelling, you’re stepping onto the first stage already depleted.


In this training you’ll learn exactly what the body actually needs in the weeks before tour to:

  • Strengthen immune resilience to prevent illness during rehearsals or the first cities of the run
  • Build digestive resilience so travel, stress, and irregular meals don’t turn into bloating, gut issues, or energy crashes


ON-TOUR | Perform


Long travel days, changing time zones, late shows, and unpredictable food quickly push the body past its ability to recover between performances.


In this training you’ll see what allows artists to keep their body stable under that load so their performance holds across the entire run.

  • Fuel the performance window properly so you’re not hitting mid-set energy crashes or relying on caffeine and sugar to get through shows
  • Protect recovery between shows so your voice, stamina, and focus reset overnight instead of slowly deteriorating as the run goes on


POST-TOUR | Recover & Restore


The post-tour crash isn’t just “part of touring.” When the body has been supported properly before and during the run, that crash is dramatically reduced. This phase is about bringing the body out of tour deliberately so it can reset instead of swinging from adrenaline to exhaustion.


In this training you’ll learn how to:

  • Replenish the energy your body burned through on tour so you’re not dealing with sickness, extreme fatigue, or rebound crashes
  • Guide your body out of “tour mode” properly so you can return to writing, creating, and most importantly, LIVING YOUR LIFE without needing weeks to recover and feel human again
